Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kronday app ("the App") developed by Kronday ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Sell, rent, or sublicense the App to any third party

3. Subscriptions

The App requires an active Pro subscription, available as a monthly or yearly plan, to access its features. There is no free tier. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

• A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. The trial begins upon confirmation of purchase through Apple's payment system.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of the trial or purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are issued at Apple's discretion in accordance with Apple's refund policies — we do not process or issue refunds directly. Request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple ID purchase history.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect and given the opportunity to cancel.
• If you previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it using the Restore Purchase option available in the App.

4. Free Trial

New users are eligible for one 7-day free trial per Apple ID. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will begin automatically.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App. You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, code, and text, is the intellectual property of Kronday and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as set out in Section 2.

7. User Data

All task data you create in the App is yours. It is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not own, access, or claim any rights over your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kronday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. However, as the App is available worldwide, we comply with applicable local laws where required. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise required by your local law.
